Please see our website for updates and information on Covid-19. At this time, HSHMC is open and has no change in plans or programs. We continue to discuss with students appropriate prevention techniques.
This Thursday, March 12, is our Parent Advisory College Knowledge Night. This session will be geared towards our current 11th grade students and their parents as we focus on what to anticipate during the senior year at HSHMC and how to prepare for the college application process.
Please remind your child that students at HSHMC are not allowed to watch movies or play games on their cell phones during class time. Students who do not follow this policy will be asked to turn their phone in to an administrator. Please note that students are NOT in class during their ten-minute passing periods at 9:25 am and 1:25 pm, along with lunch from 11:00 – 12:00 pm. To support student learning, unless it is an emergency, if you need to reach your child we ask that you use these passing period and lunch times to text or call so that students are not interrupted during class time.
Saturday School is scheduled again this Saturday, March 14, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please be sure to send your child to Saturday School if they have missed a day of school. Students must stay the entire time to get credit for their absence.
Have a wonderful week - Thank you!
